The best one week bike trip across France (the Atlantic to the Mediterranean) for the lazy biker!

Around 5 days ago, just after crossing into France, a German guy told us about a bike route along a canal that goes from Bordeaux to Sete. We changed our plans from doing a hilly Lonely Planet route to this leisurely one. . . which quickly gets us to Provence. We jumped on the canal de Midi route in Toulouse... Take a look at a few of the pictures we took with the tab. . . They don't look as good as on our camera, but you get the idea. The path we were on today was mostly asphalt, and the canal was lined with huge maple trees. So beautiful. Oh, and I've also included our usual lunch.

Cute B&B tonight. . . Camping was closed in our town du jour: Castelnaudry.
